Mmelo is one of the hidden gems of Columbus. The teacakes are absolutely incredible, the tea selection is outstanding, and the staff is truly wonderful. If you're visiting Columbus for any reason, you need to make time to go here. Each teacake is a true work of art, hand crafted to the highest standards. it's almost a shame to eat one and consume Mmelo's hard work. But the taste? Oh my goodness. The teacakes are as delicious as they are beautiful, maybe more so if that's possible. But maybe chocolate isn't your thing. They also have delicious pastries, buttercream mints that will melt in your mouth, gummies that taste like a bite of fresh fruit, and of course, marshmallows that will render you speechless. All of their products are upfront and clear with what's in them. No fillers, or preservatives, or any other gunk. They simply are what they are. No illusions, or cover-ups, or unpronounceable chemicals. They're just amazing sweets, made with a lot of heart.
